Returns

As all of our products are produced on-demand, in various locations, we cannot accept returns. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item is damaged or has any kind of quality issue, or your package does not arrive,  please get in touch asap via our contact form, quoting your order number.   We will work with our local fulfilment agent to resolve the issue.   If our local fulfilment agent is able to validate your claim, we will send out a replacement item.

Although it is extremely unlikely as our fulfilment partners deliver to over 150 countries, if we are unable to deliver to your location, we will refund your payment in full.  You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
